John Dana vall went in and found the Deced<lb></lb>
dead upon the Floor, and Dept. believes that he<lb></lb>

crying a long time, and then Dept. put the<lb></lb>

Glass of Brandy which Dept. carried to him and<lb></lb>
laid down by his Bedside, the Deced's Brother<lb></lb>
being then goore out, Says that he did not see<lb></lb>
the Deced afterwards, until he was informed<lb></lb>
about three o' clock by Dannavall that the<lb></lb>
Deced was dead, upon which Depent. went into<lb></lb>
the Deced's Room and on the Floor saw him<lb></lb>
lying dead on his Back, and much Blood upon<lb></lb>
the Floor, That he saw a Ragor Bloody on the Floor<lb></lb>
on the Right side of the Deced with which he<lb></lb>
believes the Deced gave himself the Wound in the<lb></lb>
Throat which caused his Death, Says that the<lb></lb>
Deced has at times appeared to be low Spirited since<lb></lb>
he came to Town this time, and that he was so<lb></lb>
when Dept. took up the Brandy for him Yesterday.</p>
