chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the<lb></lb>
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Female Child came to<lb></lb>
h er Death, do upon their Oath say , That a certain Woman unknown did lately<lb></lb>
bring Forth the said Female Child alive, and that the said Woman<lb></lb>
unknown or some other Person or Persons to the said Jurors unknown<lb></lb>
on the Sixteenth day of September in the Year aforesaid with Force and Arms<lb></lb>
at the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid in and<lb></lb>
upon the said Female Infant Child in the Place of God and our said Lord the King<lb></lb>
then and there being feloniously wilfully and of his her or their Malice<lb></lb>
fore thought did make an Assault, And that the said Person or Persons to the<lb></lb>
Jurors aforesaid unknown her the said new born Female Child did then<lb></lb>
and there take into his her or their Hands and her the said Female Child<lb></lb>

a certain Privy or<obscured></obscured>
House situate in<obscured></obscured>

Parish Liberty and County aforesaid feloniously wilfully<obscured></obscured>
of his her or<lb></lb>
their Malice fore thought did violently cast and throw down;<obscured></obscured>
Means<lb></lb>
whereof she the said Female Infant Child in the Soil or Fi<obscured></obscured>
then and<lb></lb>
there contained in the said Privy or Necessary House was then and there<lb></lb>
Suffocated and Smothered, of which the said Suffocation and Smothering she the<lb></lb>
said Female Infant Child then and there instantly died. And so the Jurors<lb></lb>
aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Person or Persons<lb></lb>
unknown her the said Female Infant Child in Manner and by the Means aforesaid<lb></lb>
feloniously wilfully and of his her or their Malice for thought did kill and murder<lb></lb>
against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Brown and Dignity In Witness<lb></lb>
