certain Chaise drawn by one Horse at Wimbleton in the County<lb></lb>

and by Misfortune fell out of the said Chaise, by Means<lb></lb>
whereof the said William Landon then and there received one<lb></lb>
mortal Fracture in and upon his <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65214_occ364">Collar Bone</rs>
