Morning between ten and Eleven o'Clock and after<lb></lb>
Breakfast went up Stairs into his own Room, Says<lb></lb>
that about Twelve o'Clock she heard the Deced unlock<lb></lb>
a Press of his own at the top of the Stairs and<lb></lb>
afterwards Lock it again Says that about One<lb></lb>
o'Clock she called at the foot of the Stairs as usual<lb></lb>
to Deced to come down to Dinner and having no<lb></lb>
Answer Dept. went up Stairs unto Deced's Room<lb></lb>
and there saw him Hanging at the feet of the Bed<lb></lb>
upon which she called to her Daughter to call<lb></lb>
Mr. Long who came immediately with Mr. Shipman<lb></lb>
and went to Deced. Says that the Deced has<lb></lb>
for many Years Complained of a Suppression of<lb></lb>
Urine, and Dept. believes that the Deced at times<lb></lb>
for a week past was Disordered in his Senses<lb></lb>
but Deced said to Dept. several times that he would<lb></lb>
not make away with himself</p>
