that the Deced appeared to be in Liquor but not drunk<lb></lb>
Says that he left the Deced there and went into the<lb></lb>
Kitchin behind Taproom where he staid for the most<lb></lb>
part until almost two o' Clock and then went towards<lb></lb>
home, and found the Street Door locked Says that as he<lb></lb>
was going up the Garrat Stairs he found the Deced<lb></lb>
lying down with his Head towards the bottom of the<lb></lb>
Stairs, it being dark and this Dept. having no Candle<lb></lb>
Says that he spoke to the Deced, who made him no<lb></lb>
Answer, but muttered some thing imperfect, Says that<lb></lb>
he endeavoured to lift him up but could not, and that<lb></lb>
he afterwards pulled the Deced to the bottom of the<lb></lb>
Garret Stairs and set him there upon his Backside<lb></lb>
against the Wainscot, where Dept. left the Deced and<lb></lb>
then went to Bed, without acquainting any Person<lb></lb>
therewith, as he had several times found the Deced upon<lb></lb>
the Stairs before at Night in Liquor, Says that between<lb></lb>
Seven and eight o' Clock on Sunday Morning Dept. was<lb></lb>
Dressing himself to come down when <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65212_n2448-3">Thomas Bull</rs>
