the Deced came to Town<lb></lb>
Yesterday about one o'Clock with her Mother <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65212_geo1866">Mickleham</rs>

in Surry<lb></lb>
where her Brother the Revd. Mr Filewood lives, Says that<lb></lb>
the Deced looked Meloncholy, Eat very little, and did<lb></lb>
not care to speak, Says that the Deced slept in the<lb></lb>
Foreroom two pair of Stairs and that he lay in the<lb></lb>
Room over her three pair of Stairs, Says that about Seven<lb></lb>
oClock this Morning this Dept. was getting up when<lb></lb>
he heard Mrs. Filewood (Mother to the Deced) sereamond<lb></lb>
below Stairs, upon which Dept. put on some of his Cloaths and<lb></lb>
went into Deced's Room, where he saw Mrs. Filewood<lb></lb>
endeavouring to life up the Deced from off the Floor<lb></lb>
upon the Bad, Says that he assisted Mrs. Filewood<lb></lb>
who was calling out for Mrs. Filewood, That he thousand<lb></lb>
a piece of small Cord fastened to the Iron Curtain Red<lb></lb>
at the Feet of the Bad, and another piece upon the<lb></lb>
Floor which appeared to have been part of the same Cord<lb></lb>
and<del>likewise</del>
the Deced being dead, the not quite Cole<lb></lb>
Dept. then thought as now believes that the Deced Hanged herself there<lb></lb>
Says that the Deced for three or four Months last<lb></lb>
past has been Melancholy and low Spirited & particularly & Yesterday that she<lb></lb>
complained of a pair in her Head, and believes that she<lb></lb>
might at times be Disordered in her Senses.</p>
