about four Years last past, Says that<lb></lb>
the Deced was at home last Night,and Dept. went<lb></lb>
to Bad between Ten and Eleven o'Clock last Night,<lb></lb>
leaving this Deped and his Wife below Stairs, there<lb></lb>
being Company at that him in the House, Says,that between<lb></lb>
three and fan o'Clock this Morning he heard Mr. Morry<lb></lb>
(who with the Deced usually lay upon the same Floor<lb></lb>
with this Dept. in an adjoning Room) call to him<lb></lb>
upon which the Deced got out of Bed and went to<lb></lb>
the Deced's Room Door which Mr. Merry opened, and<lb></lb>
desired him to go to the Deced, for she could not tell<lb></lb>
what was the motter and when Mrs. Merry had<lb></lb>
Strick a Light Dept. found the Deced upon the<lb></lb>
Floor with a large Wound<obscured></obscured>
his Throat and a<lb></lb>
great deal of Blood upon the<obscured></obscured>
& upon his Shirt,<lb></lb>
(the Deced having no Cloaths onto Says that he called<lb></lb>
some of the Lodgers who assisted<obscured></obscured>
to left the Deced<lb></lb>
to the<obscured></obscured>
That the Deced breathed three or four<lb></lb>
times after he was laid upon the Bed, but was not<lb></lb>
able to speak, and that he died immediately, Says<lb></lb>
the he found a Razor in one of the Deced's hands,<lb></lb>
with which he believes the Deced gave himself the<lb></lb>
Wounds in his Throat which was the came of his Death<lb></lb>
by, that the Deced was naturally of a cheerful Disponts<lb></lb>
but of about a Week last past<obscured></obscured>
