of sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but lunatick and distracted, <lb></lb>
on the Fourth day of December in the Year aforesaid, at the Parish and<lb></lb>
in the Liberty and County aforesaid, one End of a certain piece of small<lb></lb>
Cord, unto a Wooden Rail over the Door in the Lodging room or Apartment<lb></lb>

and the other End thereof about her own Neck, did fix tye and fasten,<lb></lb>
and therewith did then and there hang, suffocate, and Strangle herself, <lb></lb>
of which said Hanging,Suffocation and Strangling she the said <lb></lb>
Elizabeth Eastman then and there died. And so the Jurors aforesaid <lb></lb>
upon their Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said Elizabeth Eastman,<lb></lb>
not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but lunatick<lb></lb>
and distracted, in Manner and by the Means aforesaid, did Kill herself. <lb></lb>
