his Oath says that Yesterday about 10 o'Clock in the forenoon he was going to<lb></lb>
the water by the sd. Bridge to fill a Kittle he discovered the Deced lying in the water with his<lb></lb>
face downward and his Body partly covered with water, the Deced had his<lb></lb>
Cloathes on, Deponent<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
went and called his wife and they pulled him out<lb></lb>
of the water, and found him quite Dead.</p>

and had a Paint of Ale, Deponent observed that the Deced as he thought was<lb></lb>
Melancholly, and that he several times hold his Head on the Table and did not speak<lb></lb>
but about calling and passing for his Liquor.</p>
