in the Capacity of Footman on his Oath saith, That he<lb></lb>
has lived with Mr. Shafts upwards of Nine Years last past<lb></lb>
Says that Mr. Shafto has complained of a pain in his<lb></lb>
Head and Neck for about two Months which was<lb></lb>
some times very violent and sometimes better, but<lb></lb>
Deced has been worse for the last ten days and attended by<lb></lb>
Dr. Thomas and Mr. Carlisle, Says that he this Dept.<lb></lb>
and his Fellow Servant <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65211_n659-3">Valentine Warham</rs>

the Deced Slept pretty sound until about four o' Clock<lb></lb>
this Morning when he a awoke, and was afterwards<lb></lb>
very restless until about six o' Clock, complaining of a<lb></lb>
violent pain in his Head and Feet, Says that about<lb></lb>
six o'Clock Deced ordered Deponent to go and fetch<lb></lb>
Mr. Nevison an <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65211_occ176">Apothecary</rs>

in Call Pall to him, upon<lb></lb>
which Dept. went out, leaving the Deced in Bed in<lb></lb>
his Room on the second Floor in very great pain<lb></lb>
in his Head, Says that he knocked three or four<lb></lb>
times at Mr. Nevion's Door before he could make<lb></lb>
any body hear, Says that he delivered his Message<lb></lb>
to Mr. Carlisle's Servant who went to Mr. Nevison<lb></lb>
as Dept. believes and returned saying that Mr.<lb></lb>
Nevison would come immediately, (mr. Nevison living<lb></lb>
in the same House with Mr. Carlisle and in Partnership<lb></lb>
with him as Dept believes) Says that he Locked his<lb></lb>
Master's Street Door when he went out at being a Spring<obscured></obscured>
and put the Key<lb></lb>
in his Pocket and found the Door fast when he returned<obscured></obscured>
