. on her Oath saith<lb></lb>
That on Sunday Morning last Dept. was going along<lb></lb>
a Gallery in said Stable Yard, and looking thro' a Window<lb></lb>
into a Room in said Gallery, she saw the Deced lying on<lb></lb>
the Floor, said what do you there to which she said<lb></lb>
that she was very bad otherwise she shod. not be there<lb></lb>
but that she was going away, And Dept. says that she<lb></lb>
was informed the Deced used to lye in that room or<lb></lb>
Hayleft for some time before, says that she went up Stairs<lb></lb>
into the Gallery between four and five o'Clock Yesterday in the<lb></lb>
Afternoon to see a Sick Neighbour, That which she<lb></lb>
drank Tea there a Child came in and said that Mr.<lb></lb>
Slugg lay drunk upon the Stairs, Says that she and<lb></lb>

the Deced lying down upon the Stairs near the top of<lb></lb>
the first landing, says that Pycroft took hold of the Deced<lb></lb>
and said that she was Dead, and Dept. on touching her<lb></lb>
face found it Cold. And this Dept. says that the Deced<lb></lb>
died through the Inclemently, of the Weather and for want<lb></lb>
of the Necessaries of Life, as she verily believes</p>
