on or about the Twenty first day of August last Richard gibb<obscured></obscured>

the Deced was brought to said Hospital as a Casualty, in the<lb></lb>
forenoon being then insensible, Says, that he was informed that<lb></lb>
a Cart wheel had passed over Deced's Breast, which was very<lb></lb>
Puffy, and that the found a Bruice on his Back on the leftside, Says<lb></lb>
that all proper care was taken of Deced in the Hospital, and<lb></lb>
he become sensible that night says that the Deced appeared to<lb></lb>
be better for four or five days, afterwards grew worse and<lb></lb>
died on the 30th. day of August last in said Hospital Says<lb></lb>
that he has since opened the Body of the Deced and found<lb></lb>
that one of his Ribs on the rightside was broken and the<lb></lb>
Lungs wounded, which he believes was the cause of his Death</p>

two Horses each, Says that the Horses were Golloping when he<lb></lb>
first saw them, and striving to get foremost, the Deced riding<lb></lb>
in his Cart and was formost at first, but Mr. Thompson's<lb></lb>
Cart passed by the other before they get to Dept. and was above<lb></lb>
Twenty Yards before Mr. Wilcocks Cart, upon which the Deced<lb></lb>
got down, off the load, went upon the shaft of the Cart, having<lb></lb>
