a Chair maker Lodger at Mr. Dicey the Deced<lb></lb>
upwards of a Year & an half last past, on his Oath saith that<lb></lb>
he went into Deced's Shop on Friday Night last a little before Ten<lb></lb>
o'Clock for five farthings worth of small Beer, with which the<lb></lb>
Deced Served him, being then alone in the Shop, & Singing, &<lb></lb>
appearing to be in Health, Says that he went away and Deced<lb></lb>
wished him a good Night. Says that in about ten Minutes<lb></lb>
he heard the Deced run this <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65210_geo686">the Passage</rs>

into the Yard and<lb></lb>
that Mrs. Dicey followed him to the Necessary, where she<lb></lb>
called out and desired this Dept. to come down which he did,<lb></lb>
and on his coming to the Necessary he saw the Deced upon<lb></lb>
the Vault Speechless and ratting in the Throat. That Mr. Dicey<lb></lb>
had held of him and screamed out, That she sent Deced for<lb></lb>
Mr. Lindsay the <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65210_occ258">Apothecary</rs>

who came there and attempted<lb></lb>
to Bleed to Deced but Deced bled very little, and was soon carried<lb></lb>
to Bed in his Cloaths, but Deced was then dead as Dept.<lb></lb>
believes, And Says that the Deced and his Wife sometimes<lb></lb>
used to have angry words, but believes that they were very<lb></lb>
happy for two months last past.</p>

that his Death was occasioned either by the Rupture of<lb></lb>
a Vessel, or that he died in an Apoplechi Fit.</p>
