Says that the Deced lay on his Back with a Brocaded<lb></lb>
Waistcoat laid over his Face and Breast, having a<lb></lb>
Flannel Wastcoat, Shirt, Breaches, Sword belt, Shoes<lb></lb>
Silver Shoes & Knee Buckles, and Stockings on, but<lb></lb>
there being neither Coat Hat or Sword, Says that the<lb></lb>
Deced was Dead, and that he had a Wound on each<lb></lb>
side of his Mouth, & one in his upper Lip, and the lower Saw bone<lb></lb>
on the right side of his Mouth was broke, Says that he<lb></lb>
found a Pistol by the side of the Deced with the Spring<lb></lb>
down and Pan open, as if it had been discharged, Says<lb></lb>
that a small Tin Powder Flask with Powder in it, and a<lb></lb>
Leaden Bullet, were found near the Body, and a<lb></lb>
Closp Kinfe open, Says that<del>that</del>
a Man that Dept. found<lb></lb>
Standing by the Deced, gave Dept. two six pences which he<lb></lb>
said he had taken out of Deced's Pocket. and that it was<lb></lb>
all he had, Says that he returned home and sent the<lb></lb>
Bearers, who soon after brought the Deced into the<lb></lb>
Burying Ground belonging for said Parish where Dept.<lb></lb>
observed a Wound on Deced's Head, and Says that he<lb></lb>
does not know the Deced, Says that the Deced's Cloaths<lb></lb>
were Wet, and that the Thames had flowed that Morning<lb></lb>
further on Shore, than the Place where Deced was found</p>
