on his Oath says that the Deceased<lb></lb>
had been Ill for 4 or 5 days of Fever, that last Night<lb></lb>
about 10 or 11 o'Clock he saw her in her Apartment in his<lb></lb>
House which is the Fore Garrett, that she then complained of<lb></lb>
a violent pain in her head, that she was then in Bed, says<lb></lb>
that she was subject to violent Head ache, says that he<lb></lb>
left her to go to Bed and that about half on hour after Eleven<lb></lb>
of the same Night he was called out of Bed and acquainted<lb></lb>
that the Deceased was Dead in the Court, and that she had<lb></lb>
got out of the Garett Window and fell down, that he<lb></lb>
thereupon went out of his House and found her in the Court<lb></lb>
and appeared to be Dead, that he then sent for an <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65208_occ292">Apothecary</rs>

who came and attempted to Blead the Deceased, but he<lb></lb>
