Depts. House) come to Dept, who was in his Taproom, saying<lb></lb>
that they had seen a Cap within his Vault in the Back yard<lb></lb>
and a Cord over the Door, upon which Dept. went with them to<lb></lb>
the Vault, and saw a Cord over the Door and through a Hole<lb></lb>
which was in the Door, Says that he pushed the Door a<lb></lb>
little way open and went in, When he found the Deced<lb></lb>
hanging by the Cord which was around the Deced's Neck<lb></lb>
but Dept. did not observe the Cord to be tied, Says that he<lb></lb>
lifted up the Deced and the Cord giving was the Deced<lb></lb>
fell down on the Floor of the Vault or Necessary, Says that<lb></lb>
the Deced appeared to be Dead but not Cold, Says, that<lb></lb>
Mr. Patch a Surgeon was fetched who bled the Deced in<lb></lb>
the Arm, and she bled about two Spoon fulls, but Mr. Patch<lb></lb>
said that she was dead, and Dept. believes that Deced<lb></lb>
hanged herself, Says that the Deced was a good Servant<lb></lb>
but that she has appeared for some days past to be<lb></lb>
Stupid and dull of Apprehension at times.</p>
