the Liberty and County aforesaid, And that it so happened that the said Abraham Javelleaue<lb></lb>
casually and by Misfortune and against the Will of the said Thomas, then and there fell<lb></lb>
with his Head upon and against a certain Iron Grate fixed in the said Stable Yard, by Means<lb></lb>
of which said fall he the said Abraham Javelleave did then and there Casually and by<lb></lb>
Misfortune and against the Will of the said Thomas, receive one Mortal Wound in and upon the<lb></lb>
Rightside of his Head, of which said mortal Wound he the said Abraham Javelleaue from the said<lb></lb>
Twenty third day of January in the Year aforesaid until the Twentieth day of February in the<lb></lb>

Twentieth day of February in the Year aforesaid he the said Abraham Javelleaue at the<lb></lb>
Hospital aforesaid of the mortal Wound aforesaid, did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid<lb></lb>
upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Abraham Javelleaue in Manner and by<lb></lb>
the Means aforesaid, Casually and by Misfortune and against the Will of the said<lb></lb>
Thomas, did come to his Death. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as<lb></lb>
