night last, about Eight o'Clock, and that he heard<lb></lb>
the Deced Cough and move in his own Room upstairs<lb></lb>
morning about four o'clock, Says that he this Dept<lb></lb>
came down Stairs yesterday Morning a Little before<lb></lb>
Seven o'Clock and found the Deced hanging by a Cord<lb></lb>
fastened to a piece of Timber near the Street on two<lb></lb>
Door and around the Deced's neck, Says that he<lb></lb>
did not touch the Deced but ran upstairs, and<lb></lb>
alarmed the People in the House and Took Joures<lb></lb>
Fennell down with him to Deced, says, that he<lb></lb>
cut the Cord by which the Deced was hanging and<lb></lb>
the Deced was laid on the Ground, says that the<lb></lb>
Deced was then Dead, but not Cold, Says that he<lb></lb>
with the Assistance of other People carried the<lb></lb>
Deced up Stairs and laid him upon his own Bed<lb></lb>
Says that the Door and Windows of the House were<lb></lb>
fastened and that he believes the Deced hanged himself<lb></lb>
