near unto Chelsea Bridge, in the Parish Aforesaid within the Liberty<lb></lb>
and County aforesaid, there to bath himself, It so happened that<lb></lb>
Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune, he the said <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65207_n1917-18">William Osborn</rs>

drowned; of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the said<lb></lb>
