running after and pursuing a Rat underneath a large Scaffold, where the<lb></lb>
Bricklayers Worked, on which a great Quantity of Bricks were laid, It so<lb></lb>
happened that some of the Bricks then and there Accidentally Casually and<lb></lb>
by Misfortune fell off and from the said Scoffold upon the Head of him the<lb></lb>
