, good and lawfull Man of the said Liberty duly chosen<lb></lb>
who being then and there duly Sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King, when, how<lb></lb>
and by what Means the said New born Childcame to its Death, do upon their Oath<lb></lb>
say, That the said Child on the Second day of November in the Year aforesaid, was found dead in<lb></lb>
a wooden Box, in a certain Entry or Passage in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65206_geo1841">Castle Street</rs>

in the Parish aforesaid within<lb></lb>
the Liberty and County aforesaid, that no Marks of Violence appeared on the said Child,<lb></lb>
And that the said Child departed this Life, soon after its Birth in a natural Way, and<lb></lb>
not by any hurt or Injury received from any Person or Persons to the knowledge of the<lb></lb>
