about Eight o'Clock and went into two different Beds in the<lb></lb>
same Garret, no other Person lying there, Says that about<lb></lb>
four o'Clock yesterday Morning (the 19th. Instant) Dept. awaked<lb></lb>
with the Noise of the last of the Garret Window being<lb></lb>
pulled down (as Dept. believe) upon which Dept. called out<lb></lb>
and having no answer, he is about a Minute got out of<lb></lb>
Bed and on looking through the Garret window saw the<lb></lb>
Deced lying<obscured></obscured>
his Back upon the Stone Pavement<lb></lb>
in the Backyard upon which Deponent went down Stairs and<lb></lb>
acquainted Mr. Easter the Butler therewith, Says that they<lb></lb>
immediately called in two of the Watchman who went<lb></lb>
Deced, And that this Dept. says that there was no Person in<lb></lb>
the Room with him and Deced, And says that the Deced<lb></lb>
lay with Dept. at Stevenage on Friday Night and that he had two or three for<lb></lb>
that Night in Bed and was low Spirited, and that he continued<lb></lb>
so on Saturday.</p>
