aforesaid being at work upon a certain new Chapel called the Queen's Chapel situate and being at Pimlico<lb></lb>

there, with other Workmen, lifting up certain pieces of Timber called Principals, and standing upon the<lb></lb>
Gable of the said Chapel, It so happened that a Rope which was fastened to the said Timber Accidentally<lb></lb>
