Says that the Deced Dined at home yesterday, and that Mr.<lb></lb>

together, Says that the Deced came home last Night a little<lb></lb>
before Ten o'Clock, and called for a Glass of Brandy and<lb></lb>
water, which Dept. gave him and Deced drank it, Says<lb></lb>
that Deced sat in the Dining Room alone until the Clock<lb></lb>
had struck Twelve and then rang his Bell, upon which<lb></lb>
Deponent took up the Deced's Slippers, Morning Gown and<lb></lb>
Waistcoat, and Deced then went into his Bedchamber on<lb></lb>
the Second Floor, Says that the Deced went to Bed and<lb></lb>
in a Law voice wished this Dept. a good Night, and Dept.<lb></lb>

took the Candle down Stairs, Says that he this Dept.<lb></lb>
went into Deced's Bed chamber as usual about Nine<lb></lb>
o'Clock this Morning, and after opening one of the Window<lb></lb>
Dept. saw Deced hanging by a Cord which was fixed over<lb></lb>
the Wooden Red at the feet of the Bed, and around the Deced's<lb></lb>
Neck, upon which Dept. with his Knife out the Cord by<lb></lb>
which the Deced was Hanging, and laid him on the Bed,<lb></lb>
Says that Deced was their Dead and Cold, and Dept believes<lb></lb>
that he had been Dead some hours. and Dept believes that<lb></lb>
he hanged himself, Says that the Deced when alone in<lb></lb>
frequently to be talking, and that he was at times very low<lb></lb>
Spirited, and particularly of late, and Deponent believes</p>
