that She had Complaints in her Head and Stomack, during<lb></lb>
great part of that time, Says that the latter End of last Summon<lb></lb>
three of the Deced's Children died of the Small pox, That the<lb></lb>
Deced was then in an ill State of Health, That the Deced<lb></lb>
has been Melancholy and low Spiretted since that time and <lb></lb>
often complained to Deponent of an Uneasmiss of Mind.<lb></lb>
and Dept. believes that the Deced was at times disordered<lb></lb>
in her Senses.</p>

him to go with the Boy to Deced's Lodging in a passage leading to Naylors Yard out of<lb></lb>
Silver Street, Says that he went there an found the Deced's room<lb></lb>
Door locked, Says that he forced open the Door with a Hatchett<lb></lb>
in the presence of Mrs. Gorse, Says that he then sow the Deced<lb></lb>
hanging near a Closet in the Deced's Room, but Dept. did not go<lb></lb>
to Deced nor touch her, but believes that she was Dead,<lb></lb>
Says that he Acquainted the Deced's Mother and Sister who<lb></lb>
lodged in the same House, and were very ill, Says that the<lb></lb>
Deced's Mother or Sister acquainted this Dept. that the Key of<lb></lb>
Deced's room Door usually hanged up on a Nail on the inside<lb></lb>
of the Room, near the Door, Says that he found the Key there and<lb></lb>
Locked the Door, and sent the Key to Deced's Mother by Mrs. Gorce<lb></lb>
and Dept went home.</p>
