That on the Twenty first day of February last<lb></lb>
Dept. got up about six o'Clock in the Morning at<lb></lb>
his said Master's House and when he was come<lb></lb>
to the Door he saw Mr. Nicholl (Father to the Deced)<lb></lb>
and his Daughter coming towards Mr. Tyer's House<lb></lb>
Says that Mr. Nicholls informed him that his Son<lb></lb>

Dept. to go with him to help to left Deced up<lb></lb>
Says that he went immediately and found Deced<lb></lb>
lying upon the Ground by the side of Mr. Nicholls's<lb></lb>
House on the pack part thereof at Vauxhall in<lb></lb>
the said County of Surry, Says that He with the<lb></lb>
Assistance of another person helped the Deced into<lb></lb>
his Father's House and laid<obscured></obscured>
upon a Bed, Says<lb></lb>
that the Deced was sensible, that he informed Dept<lb></lb>
that he had fallen from the Window of his Father's<lb></lb>
House to he Ground, and complained greatly of <lb></lb>
his Back and Loins being hurt, Says that he<lb></lb>
afterwards the same day assisted to bring Deced<lb></lb>
to the Westmr. Hospital where he left Deced,</p>
