there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fall over the Parapet Wall, on the back park of the said<lb></lb>
House, being three Stories high) into the Court or Yard behind and adjourning to the said House,<lb></lb>
which said Court or Yard was paved with Stone; by means whereof the said <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65205_n1512-16">Joseph Barnett</rs>
