on her Oath saith,<lb></lb>
That between Eight and Nine o Clock yesterday Morning Deponent<lb></lb>
was in her Apartment on the Ground Floor, and heard somebody<lb></lb>
coming down Stairs, Says that she opened her Door, and saw<lb></lb>
a Black Man (who is a Lodger in Dept. House on the first Floor)<lb></lb>
coming down Stairs with the Deced in his Arms carefully,<lb></lb>
and laid the Deced down in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65205_geo308">the Passage</rs>

<interp inst="WACWIC65205_geo308" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
near the bottom<lb></lb>
of the Stairs, upon her backside, Says that the Deced's Head<lb></lb>
came to the Ground, but Dept. cannot say whether it was owing to<lb></lb>
her weakness or her being in Liquor, but says that the Black<lb></lb>
Man did not throw her down upon her Head, Says that the<lb></lb>
Black Man immediately carried the Deced into the Court<lb></lb>
before Deponents Door and laid her carefully down, Says that<lb></lb>
Deced did not speak afterwards to the Deponents knowledge<lb></lb>
and that she died in the Court in about two or three Minutes<lb></lb>
after, Deponent says that she saw a Bruise in Deced's forehead,<lb></lb>
which she reced in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65205_geo309">the Passage</rs>
