Says that about five Minutes after that, Depts. Master laid down<lb></lb>
a Hat which he was Cocking, Saying it was too dark to see, and went<lb></lb>
into the Parlour likewise, where he used to Sit, Says that in<lb></lb>
about five Minutes after his Master's going into the Parlour Dept.<lb></lb>
continuing in the Shop, and taking the Stockings out of the Window,<lb></lb>
he heard some body fall upon the Ground before the Shop in<lb></lb>
which Dept. was, Says that he looked out immediately and saw<lb></lb>
two Men lying on the Ground, Opposite to the House wherein<lb></lb>
Dept. was, Says that he was going out at the Shop Door to see who<lb></lb>
lay there, & was stopped by a Man there who told Dept. that his<lb></lb>
Brother was Dead, Dept. says that he was much frightend, took<lb></lb>
his Hat and went out in order to fetch Mr. Haines the Apothecary<lb></lb>
Says that he then found, one of the Man to be the Deced, Says that<lb></lb>

was drinking a pennyworth of Beer at the Door with Deponent,<lb></lb>
Says that the Porter ( who is Name Dept. does not know) cryed out<lb></lb>
See how the Man comes tumbling down to the Ground, upon<lb></lb>
which Deponent looked and saw the Deced fall upon the Ground<lb></lb>
before Mr. Eastgates House says that the Deced was within about two yards of the Ground<lb></lb>
when Dept. first saw him, Says that he looked and saw one<lb></lb>
of the Garret Windows in Mr. Eastgate's House open, and no<lb></lb>
other window open in the House <gap reason="illegible"></gap>
and Dept. believes that<lb></lb>
he fell out of that Garret Window, Says that he came over<lb></lb>
to Deced and lifted him up, and that another Man lay upon<lb></lb>
the Ground with Deced, which the Deced fell upon an Deponent<lb></lb>
believes, Dept. says that there was much Blood upon the Ground<lb></lb>
which came from the Deced's Head which bled very much, and<lb></lb>
says that the Deced was then Deced. Says that he saw no Person<lb></lb>
in the Garret from which (as Dept. believes) the Deced fell.</p>
