, on his Oath saith, that on or
about the twelfth day of August last Deponent
had been with Deced & Mr. Perry to Dine at Otterspool
in
Hertfordshire
, Says that they were returning house
in the Afternoon over Barnet common and being near
to Barnet and perceiving a Shower coming, they
galloped their Horses to get to Barnet, Depot. being
fore most, Mr. Perry next and the Deced behind,
Says that as they were riding along a Coachman
called our, Hollo, Your friend is down, upon which
Depot. & Mr. Perry turned back and immediately met
the Horse upon which the Deced had rode, and saw
the Deced upon his legs, and walking after them
Says that on coming tohimthe Deced, Mr. Perry ask'd
Deced, how he come to fall, from the Horse, to which
Deced replied that he could not tell, but that it was
no fault of the Horse, Says that the Deced complain'd
of a pain in his Shoulder, but Depot. did not observe
that any thing was broke Says that Mr. Underwood
the Deced was let Blead & that he staid at Barnet that night, and Deponent
came home
