the Barge and used to lye on Board the Barge, at<lb></lb>
Night and that he was to lye there on Sunday<lb></lb>
Night last Says that on Monday Morning last about<lb></lb>
five o' Clock Deced and three other Men went to<lb></lb>
Work, to unload the Barge, Says that sometime<lb></lb>
after Deponent observed a Sinook at one End of<lb></lb>
the Barge near the Cabin, upon which Dept. went<lb></lb>
into the Cabin and found the Deced lying upon the<lb></lb>
Floor the there in this Cloaths, Speechless, Says that he<lb></lb>
called in the other Men and that the Deced was<lb></lb>
immediately, Carried to the Shore, Says that a<lb></lb>
Person was sent for to Blood the Deced, but Dept.<lb></lb>
was not by when he was let Blood, Says that the<lb></lb>
Deced Groaned but remained Speechless, That<lb></lb>
the Deced was about Noon that day sent to the<lb></lb>
Westmr. Hospital, and Deponent was informed<lb></lb>
that he died there that Afternoon, Says that when<lb></lb>
he and the other Persons had got the Lime out of<lb></lb>
the Barge, Dept. found the Barge under the Lime<lb></lb>
was on Fire, and Verily believes that the Deced was<lb></lb>
Suffocated by the Smook from that Fire Richd Gip<obscured></obscured>
