on his Oath saith that Yesterday<lb></lb>
Morning between Nine and ten o Clock he went into the House<lb></lb>
where Deponent lodged in Reeve's Mewse, to enquire for Potts,<lb></lb>
says that he opened the deced's Room Door, and on looking<lb></lb>
round the deced's room he observed Deced hanging by a Cord<lb></lb>
which was fastened over Deced inner room Door, Deponent<lb></lb>
says that he did not go to Deced but came down stairs<lb></lb>
and acquainted Mr. Aston (who keeps the House) with<lb></lb>
what he had seen above Stairs, Upon which Mr. Ashton<lb></lb>
& his Maid Servant went up Stairs with Deponent, to the<lb></lb>
Deced's Room, where they all saw him hanging, and verily<lb></lb>
believes that he was then Dead, but did not touch the Deced<lb></lb>
and Deponent immediately quitted the Room, and event<lb></lb>
home, Deponent says the Deced has lodged in the same<lb></lb>
Lodging about a twelve month, and that he knew Deced<lb></lb>
all that time, and verily beleives, from his behaviour,<lb></lb>
that he was at Intervals, disordered in his Sences especially when he had been drinking says<lb></lb>
that he knows of no Quarrel the Deced had with any<lb></lb>
of his Neighbours.</p>
