Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fell from the said Hayloft into a Rack in a Stable, in the said Parish<lb></lb>
Liberty and County and then and there by the fall aforesaid received divers Mortal Bruises on the<lb></lb>

Coroner as the said John Woodn Foreman of the said Jurors on the behalf of himself and the<lb></lb>
rest of his Fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals<lb></lb>
