. on her Oath saith that Yesterday Afternoon about four o'Clock<lb></lb>
(being acquainted by Mr. Wilkinson her wife that the deced was in<lb></lb>
a low depending way) he came to see the deced and found her<lb></lb>
asleep, says he did not wake her but went away, and<lb></lb>
returned there about six o'Clock and was them told by Mrs. Jubb<lb></lb>
who keeps the House wherein deced lodged, that the Room wherein deced<lb></lb>
<del>had Lacked her</del>
lodged was Locked, whereupon Deponent went<lb></lb>
up Stairs and after calling at the Chamber Door and nobody<lb></lb>
Answering, he forced the Door Open with his Knee, and on<lb></lb>
going into the Room discovered the Deced lying upon the Floor<lb></lb>
very Bloody, Another person being then with him, Deponent<lb></lb>
says he observed a Stab in the Throat of the deced, from<lb></lb>
whence the Blood issued, says he immediately sent for an<lb></lb>

says that for a week last last deced seemed to be Melancholy<lb></lb>
and he verily believes that she was not of sound Mind, she<lb></lb>
having of late frequently talked like a Disordered person, says that<lb></lb>
when he came into the Room, he found a Clasp Knife upon a<lb></lb>
