on his Oath saith that the deced has lived<lb></lb>
with Dept. as a <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65202_occ172">Servant</rs>

that for about a year last the deced has been<lb></lb>
ill, and was a Flicted with a Low ness of Spirit.<lb></lb>
says that about twenty minutes after Six this<lb></lb>
Morning Deponent came down Stairs,and<lb></lb>
looked into deced's Chamber which was on<lb></lb>
the Ground Floor and had a<obscured></obscured>
Sash Door<lb></lb>
belonging to it, but did not see the deced,<lb></lb>
altho' he observed that the Bed was humbled<lb></lb>
as if laid in. Upon which he inquired of<lb></lb>
two other Servants of Depts. whether they had<lb></lb>
seen the deced, who informed Dept. they had<lb></lb>
not, taken ordered then to see where the<lb></lb>
deced was, and in<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
Short time the maid<lb></lb>
returned and informed Dept. the deced was<lb></lb>
hanging in the Warm<obscured></obscured>
Vault lying<lb></lb>
under the street, says he immediately ran<lb></lb>
down and discovered the deced hanging by<lb></lb>
a Cord fixed to an Iron Bolt which fasters<lb></lb>
a Grate over the Vault, says he instantly<lb></lb>
cut the deced down, who was then warm but<lb></lb>
as Dept. believes dead. that be sent his man<lb></lb>
and maid for <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65202_occ173">Apothecaries</rs>

Mr. Maccoulow Apothecary imediately<lb></lb>
came and opened a Vein in each Arm but to<lb></lb>
