<p n="523">This Examinant Saith that the deced has been<lb></lb>
in a bad State of Health for about four years<lb></lb>
on which Account he was carried to <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65202_geo453">Bath</rs>

; and was all In patient in Saint<lb></lb>
Thomas's Hospital last Summer and after being<lb></lb>
sometime at home, was admitted an In patient in<lb></lb>
Guys Hospital and last Winter was an out patient<lb></lb>
there; that about a fortnight last post the deced<lb></lb>
was very ill and took to his Bed on Thursday the<lb></lb>

last, that for some short<lb></lb>
time a Woman that Worked for deced, attended him<lb></lb>
and that after robbing this Examinant she went<lb></lb>
every and this Examinant attended his Son himself<lb></lb>
and was at House with deced last Sunday, when he<lb></lb>
was very bad. that he gave the deced some Salts <lb></lb>
by the directions of Mr Shelborn a <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65202_occ164">Chymist</rs>

Monday the 31st. of May last, about twelve o' Clock<lb></lb>
at night, this Examinant being then in Bed<lb></lb>
with the deced. that on that Monday between eleven<lb></lb>
and twelve in the Morning be came to a publick<lb></lb>

went again to the same publick House and staid<lb></lb>
there till near five in the afternoon, when he went<lb></lb>
Home and discovered his son lying on the Floor at<lb></lb>
