came to his Death, Do upon<lb></lb>
their Oath say, That the said Matthew Moor an the Thirty first day of May in the Year aforesaid, was,<lb></lb>
and for a long time before, had been Sick and Disordered, at the Parish aforesaid in the Liberty and<lb></lb>
County aforesaid; And that on the said Thirty first day of May in the Year aforesaid, at the Parish<lb></lb>
aforesaid in the Liberty and County aforesaid. He the said Matthew Moor dyed by the Visitation of<lb></lb>
God a Natural Death. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner, as the said George<lb></lb>
Great head Foreman of the said Jurors, on the behalf of himself and the rest of his said Fellows,<lb></lb>
in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals, the Day Year and<lb></lb>
Place abovementioned.</p>
