in the Year aforesaid having lain himself down to Sleep on a Brick Kiln then Burning at Bow<lb></lb>
Common in the Hamlet aforesaid in the Parish and County aforesaid It so happened That<lb></lb>

then and there accidentally, casually and by Misfortune choaked, suffocated and stifled, of<lb></lb>
which said Choaking, Suffocation and Stifling he the said Thomas Cutmore then and there<lb></lb>
died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say That the said Thomas<lb></lb>
Cutmore in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune<lb></lb>
came to his Death</p>
