said Mary Ann Rogers came to her<lb></lb>
Death, do, upon their Oath, say, That the said Mary Ann Rogers not being of sound<lb></lb>
Mind, Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and distracted on the Twenty fifth<lb></lb>
Day of June in the Year aforesaid at<del>great Quantity</del>
the Parish and in the County<lb></lb>
aforesaid a great Quantity (to Wit) Two Ounces of Landaman being a deadly Poison<lb></lb>
did take, drink and swallow down By means whereof she the said Mary Ann<lb></lb>
Rogers then and there became sick and distempered in her Body And of the Poison<lb></lb>
aforesaid and of the Sickness and Distemper thereby occasioned from the said Twenty<lb></lb>
fifty Day of June in the Year aforesaid untill the Twenty sixth Day of the same<lb></lb>
Month in the same Year at the Parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid did languish<lb></lb>
and languishing did live, On which said twenty sixth Day of June in the Year<lb></lb>
aforesaid at the Parish and in the County aforesaid she the said Mary Ann Rogers<lb></lb>
of the Person aforesaid And of the Sickness and Distemper thereby occasioned did die<lb></lb>
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said Mary<lb></lb>
Ann Rogers not being of sound mind, Memory and understanding but Lunatic and<lb></lb>
distracted in manner and by the means aforesaid did poison and kill herself.<lb></lb>
<lb></lb>
IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said Coroner as the said Mary Ann Rogers<lb></lb>
the Foreman of the said Jurors, on the Behalf of himself and the Rest of his said Fellows, in<lb></lb>
their Presence, have, to this Inquisition, set their Hands and Seals, the Day and Year first<lb></lb>
above written.</p>
