thereabouts and being in a Room up Two Pair of Stairs in the House of Thomas<lb></lb>

had on and were accidentally, casually and by Misfortune took Fire. By means<lb></lb>

did live On which said seventeenth Day of May in the Year aforesaid she<lb></lb>
