Death, do, upon their Oath, say, That the said Ann Purnem not being of sound<lb></lb>
Mind, Memory and understanding but Lunatic and distracted and being confined<lb></lb>
as a Lunatic in the House of James Stretton situate in the Parish and County<lb></lb>
aforesaid One End of a small Cord to a Certain Rod in the Lodging Room or apartment<lb></lb>
of her the said Ann Purnem in the said House and the other End thereof about her<lb></lb>
own Neck Did fix tye and fasten And therewith did then and there have suffocate<lb></lb>
and strangle herself Of which said Hanging Suffocation and Strangling she the said<lb></lb>
