sworn and charged to inquire, for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by what Means, the<lb></lb>
said Godfrey Nicholson came to his<lb></lb>
Death, Do, upon their Oath, say, That The said Godfrey Nicholson on the Twentieth<lb></lb>
Day of September in the Year aforesaid being a mariner on Board a certain Ship<lb></lb>
called The Morning Star then lying on the River Thames It so happened<lb></lb>
That he the said Godfrey Nicholson then and there accidentally casually and by<lb></lb>
Misfortune fell into the said River and was in the Waters thereof then and there<lb></lb>
suffocated and drowned of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the said<lb></lb>
Godfrey Nicholson then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath<lb></lb>
aforesaid Do say That the said Godfrey Nicholson in manner and by the<lb></lb>
Means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune Came to his Death</p>
