riding on the Shaft Horse of the said Three Horses It so happened That the<lb></lb>

receive divers Mortal Bruises in and upon the said Loins and Privities of him<lb></lb>

Space of Three Hours or thereabouts and then died And so the Jurors aforesaid<lb></lb>
