Merryman upon<lb></lb>
his Oath Saith That on Sunday last. several<lb></lb>

to bathe about 3 in the Afternoon and shortly<lb></lb>
Afterwards some of the Boys hollowed out<lb></lb>
the deceased would be drowned Whereupon<lb></lb>

half an hour the deceased. was taken out of the<lb></lb>
Water by his Father and every method was<lb></lb>
immediately made use of to recover him<lb></lb>
without Effort as deceased was quite dead.</p>
