Oath saith That on Thursday last She was looking out<lb></lb>
of a Window of her House in Daws Lane and Lane<lb></lb>

the Cart went too near and was got out of the rut<lb></lb>
just touched the fore horse to get the Cart from the<lb></lb>
House the Horse started and deceased almost in on<lb></lb>
the instant fell down (Deponent supposing the<lb></lb>
Shaft hit him in the breast) and the near Wheel<lb></lb>
of the Cart immediately went over him and here was<lb></lb>
wagged hand or foot Deponent immediately<lb></lb>
ran down and took him up upon his Backside<lb></lb>
and one John Dor then came up & took him<lb></lb>
into a Shop just by and he appeared quite<lb></lb>
Saith that he just moved afterwards as Deponent<lb></lb>
was informed and then died</p>
