Parish he discovered the deceased laying in a pond<lb></lb>
of Water in that Field upon which Deponent<lb></lb>
went into the pond and Swam to the Body and<lb></lb>
brought it on Shore the deceased had all his le Coaths. on and<lb></lb>
had two or three Bricks buttoned within his<lb></lb>
