The Father of the deceased and on a Sudden heard the Mother<lb></lb>
of the deceased scream out and Say Oh' dear my Child<lb></lb>
will be Killed upon which this Deponent opened the<lb></lb>
Door of the Tap room and ran out and as soon as he<lb></lb>
came to the Door he saw the deceased just under the Wheel<lb></lb>
of a Brick Cart with two Wheels loaded with Cuider and<lb></lb>
drawn by two Horses which appeared at that instant to have gone our his Bodyand he immediately went up to<lb></lb>
the Spot where the Accident happened. and look the<lb></lb>

into his Arms but whether this Deponent<lb></lb>
took up the deceased himself or whether The Carter<lb></lb>
who was driving the Cart (and whose name he hath<lb></lb>
