On her Oath Smith That on Monday Night<lb></lb>
the Nineteenth day of December instant she went<lb></lb>
up to the Room of the deceased in the House of the<lb></lb>
said Mr. Horne (when the deceased Lodged) he call<lb></lb>
him down to Tea with the Family and on opening<lb></lb>
the Door saw the deceased hanging to the Peter<lb></lb>
of the Bed and thereupon immediately claimed<lb></lb>

with this Deponent as fast as Possible and cut the<lb></lb>
Cord with which the deceased was found hanging by<lb></lb>
but upon Examination of the deceased's Body he<lb></lb>
was quite Dead. That on Monday last decease<lb></lb>
returned from I<obscured></obscured>
(where he went ye day he some)<lb></lb>
little before 3 o Cl. seemed very low and said he<lb></lb>
had not and any Slepp all night and that he wod.<lb></lb>
go up to his Room and lay down and desired Mrs.<lb></lb>
