Twenty fourth Day of April in the Year aforesaid being playing on a<lb></lb>
Parcell of Logs floating on the <rs type="placeName" id="LMCOIC65101_geo788">River Thames</rs>

And was in the waters thereof then and there suffocated and drowned<lb></lb>
