he the said Henry Cheese then and there accidentally casually and by<lb></lb>
Misfortune fell to the Ground and the Near Wheel of the said Cart did<lb></lb>
the Lewis of him the said Henry Cheese then and there received divers Mortal Bruises in and upon<lb></lb>
then and there pass upon and over the Lorris of him the said <rs type="persName" id="LMCOIC65101_n480-18">Henry Cheese</rs>
